Ed is an industry veteran and subject matter expert.

With more than 25 years of construction and real estate development experience in all asset classes including commercial, medical, religious, mixed-use, retail, banking, office, multifamily, hospitality, restaurant & QSR.

He also possesses extensive experience and expertise in building and facade restoration, environmental and remedial programs, sustainable buildings development and carbon neutral / net zero emissions strategies and services.

Prior to forming CCCNYC, Ed was the Vice President of Real Estate and Development & Construction for JP Morgan Chase, involved with one of the largest privately held Real Estate holdings in the United States. As an established leader who builds high performing teams, Ed brings his engineering and financial skills, passion for results and visionary leadership to CCCNYC.

For our involvement in the restoration of St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church in Brooklyn, NY.  Working closely with The Diocese of Brooklyn, FEMA, Z&A Architects and Victoria Restoration we restored a beautiful landmark church.

Michael Hyman
Executive Director

Since joining our team, Michael has played a crucial role in the continued success of the business. His true passion and creativity has inspired massive growth.
Michael has 20+ years of extensive commercial, apartment complex and multi-family experience working with prominent Clients including Blackstone, Rockpoint, Dermot, Pinnacle, Greystar and Brooksville. He has managed capital projects at notable properties including Stuyvesant Town Peter Cooper Village, Kips Bay Court, 63-67 Wall Street and the Caiola portfolio.

Casey Charles
Senior Project Manager

Casey is a seasoned and dedicated Project Management professional with over 15 years of experience.
She has an extensive range in management, community engagement and program coordination for municipalities, large corporations, commercial and residential clients. Casey is currently spearheading CCCNYC’s community engagement directive for Empire State Development - Downtown Revitalization Initiative - Riverhead, New York. She holds an MBA from Babson College and is certified MWBE with New York City.

Christian Szajna
Financial Manager

Christian joins us as a skilled Financial Manager with a strong background in financial oversight and office administration. He brings extensive experience in budget management, financial reporting, and operational efficiency, ensuring meticulous handling of finances and smooth office operations. Christian's expertise will be instrumental in advancing our financial objectives and enhancing organizational efficiency.

John Moller

Project Manager
We are very excited to welcome John to our team. He is a highly skilled, licensed NYC DOB Construction Superintendent. John is certified in Construction Project Management, is an NYC DOB Site Safety Manager, is OSHA certified, is an AWS certified DOB licensed Structrual Welder, and a member of the
Local 1 Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers union.
In addition John is a card holder for: SST Supervisor, Erector Dismantler, Pipe Scaffold User, and Suspended Scaffold Supervisor. John is an enthusiastic and certified Historical Preservationist and Masonry Restoration expert.
