Ed Szajna

Principal, Founder

Ed is an industry veteran and subject matter expert with more than 25 years of real estate development and construction experience in all asset classes including commercial, office, mixed-use, retail, banking, apartment campus, multifamily, luxury residential, hospitality, restaurant & QSR, industrial, municipal, infrastructure and petroleum service sector.

He also possess extensive experience and expertise in building and facade restoration, environmental and remedial programs, sustainable buildings development and carbon emissions reduction strategies and services.

Prior to forming CCCNYC, Ed was the Vice President of Real Estate Development & Construction for JP Morgan Chase, involved in one of the largest privately held Real Estate holdings in the United States.

As an established leader who builds high performing teams, Ed brings his engineering and financial skills, passion for results, and visionary leadership to CCCNYC.

Michael Hyman

Executive Director

Since joining our team, Michael has played a crucial role in the continued success of the business. His true passion and creativity has inspired massive growth.

Michael has 20 years of extensive commercial, apartment complex & multi-family residential experience working with prominent clients including Blackstone, Rockpoint, Dermot, Pinnacle, Greystar and Brooksville. 

He has managed capital projects at notable properties including Peter Cooper Village Stuyvesant Town, Kips Bay Court, 63-67 Wall Street and the Caiola portfolio. 

Dan Kaufman

Project Executive

CCCNYC was pleased to welcome Dan to the team. He is certified LEEP AP BD+C and has completed over $500 million in commercial and residential construction projects.

Dan holds a masters degree in architecture and a bachelors degree in construction management. OSHA 30 hour certified, NYC DOB licensed and a certified project manager.

His unique combination of hands-on technical experience coupled with strong organizational and communication skills makes him a great addition to our team.  

Casey Charles

Senior Project Manager

Casey is a seasoned and dedicated Project Management professional with over 15 years of experience.

She has an extensive range in management and maintenance of new construction, renovation and ad-hoc facilities projects for large corporations, retail, commercial and residential clients. 

Casey holds an MBA from Babson College and is certified MWBE with New York City. 

Edward Billigmeier

Project Manager

Eddie has extensive experience as a Project Manager and Owner's Representative within the New York City Markets.

He is a consummate construction professional who is proficient in building new ground up super structure projects including pre-construction, value engineering, scheduling, code compliance, commissioning, collaborative team and construction management with emphasis on optimization of mechanical systems.

Christopher Godfrey

Project Manager

Christopher has over 10 years of commercial and residential multi-family experience. He has liaised with ownership teams from esteemed firms such as Blackstone, The Carmel Group and worked collaboratively with Povero Company and Architects, Lori Kupfer Architecture and other notable architectural firms.

His experience spans all facets of commercial and residential construction, from retail, office, complex mechanical systems to high end residential.

Mike Farnham

Senior Cost Engineer

Michael has worked for the House of Representatives, U.S. Embassy Construction Program and FEMA-DHS providing construction audit services.

Michael earned his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University, and graduate studies in Construction Engineering at University of Maryland.

He is a member of the American Association of Cost Engineers, American Arbitration Association, National Construction Panel, and Construction Management Association of America.

Victor Tarka

Senior Construction Manager

Victor is a veteran construction manager / superintendent with over 30 years of construction experience.

He studied engineering, architecture and construction management and holds a Master's Degree in Architecture and Engineering as well as an Architectural Certification.

Victor is 40-hour OSHA certified and is a Registered NYCDOB Superintendent.
