Our expertise is based on 30 years of construction management experience in the New York Metropolitan area on a wide range of projects including over 25 hotel projects ranging from branded select service to high-end award winning hospitality destinations. CCCNYC and HCG have long-standing working relationships with many of the major hotel brands and brings a familiarity with brand and flag standards to the planning, design, and construction process.
Scopes of services include development for large scale and boutique hotel brands, detailed cost estimates, overall project budgeting, development of project teams including professional services and vendors, review of design documents, issuance of bid documents, review and award of contracts, all permitting and utility applications, overall project and construction management, timely project completion and hotel grand openings.
