CCCNYC is engaged as Owners Representative for pre-construction and construction services for the development of a new 18 bed in-patient care facility. The team orchestrated the development of schematic, design and construction documents for construction, as well as managed the project budget and schedule in collaboration with the client and development team to ensure optimal development costs and profitability of the property.
Working closely with St Mary’s executive leadership, Landow and Landow AIA, Severud Engineering, Syska Hennessy Engineering and Hunter Roberts Construction Group, CCCNYC is responsible to manage the pre-construction and construction process.
