Camphill Village Copake is a 750 acre campus community shared by people with developmental differences, where opportunities for personal fulfillment abound. A luminary in their field, the founding of Camphill Village in 1961 was part of a transformative movement in the United States to reform how society treats people with special needs.
CCCNYC is engaged as Owners Representative for pre-development, pre-construction, and construction services for the development of a new Healing Plant including community support services. The team produced estimates, bid documents, and scheduling timelines for pre-construction and construction. The team also conducted interviews and solicitation of bids for MEP engineers and general contractors, working closely with the development team to optimize development costs and profitability to the fullest extent.
Working closely with Camphill Village and the design team to build a sustainable floral processing plant to support the community.
