CCCNYC is engaged as Owners Representative for pre-construction and construction services throughout the Metro New York region building multi-tenant retail use spaces for Dunkin Donuts, Atlantis Fresh Markets and gasoline services installations including pump and tank systems for Exxon Mobil and BP. Working closely with AMG’s senior leadership and ownership to ensure maximum development and profitability for each AMG property.
Scopes of services include land development for large scale retail and motor fuel distribution centers, soil remediation systems of highly impacted soils, detailed cost estimates, project budgeting, development of project teams including professional services and vendors, review of design documents, issuance of bid documents, review and award of contracts, all permitting and utility applications, overall project and construction management, timely project completion and store grand openings.
