CCCNYC is engaged as Owners Representative for pre-development, pre-construction and overall construction services for the development of additional Assisted and Independent Living facilities, Community / Performing Arts / Spiritual Center and all support services facilities. Orchestrate the development of conceptual building and site plans. Produce budgetary costing matrix’s, projected scheduling time lines based on varied conceptual designs in collaboration with the development team to ensure maximum development and profitability of the property.

Working closely with Camphill Ghent’s Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Task Force Teams, Perkins Eastman AIA and Crawford Engineering, CCCNYC is responsible to develop additional facilities and establish alternative means of revenue for Camphill Ghent via development of additional revenue based options. Manage and facilitate all municipal submissions and approvals, development of construction documents, securing all required permits, bidding and award to general contractor and specialty vendors, and overall management of the construction process through to completion.
