Flatbush Ave., Brooklyn

Flatbush Ave is an existing historic two story commercial and residential property located at the corner of Flatbush Ave and Lincoln Road in the West Prospect Park section of Brooklyn.

CCCNYC was engaged as Owners Representative for pre-development, pre-construction and construction services. Development of detailed cost estimates and pro-forma’s in collaboration with the development team to ensure maximum development and profitability of the property.

Working closely with Douglas Elliman and the project team, CCCNYC secured the development of a new condominium including 42 apartments and over 5,000 square feet commercial ground floor space to support a premier grocer. A number of different concepts and architectural renderings were developed during the pre-construction phase by Issac & Stern.
