Novo was created and designed to provide dialysis site development, facility management and clinical administrating as well as related business development and growth activities.
CCCNYC has been engaged as the Owner’s Representative to provide complete construction oversight including all pre-construction and construction related services. Working closely with the Novo team and design teams, CCCNYC is responsible to ensure design standards are met, construction standards are of the highest quality and project costs are tightly managed.
CCCNYC manages the design and build environment including budget and schedule development, recommendations and hiring of professional design firms, develops bid documents, qualifies and quantifies all bids, develops AIA contracts and award to general contractors and all vendors.
Complete construction oversight and management of the build environment through to project completion, commissioning and fully operational facility.
